And Nathanael said unto him, Can there any good thing come out of Nazareth? Philip saith unto him, Come and see.
Philip, and Bartholomew; Thomas, and Matthew the publican; Jacob the son of Alphaeus, and Lebbaeus, whose surname was Thaddaeus;
And he came and dwelt in a city called Nazareth: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophets, He shall be called a Nazarene.
Yea, and why even of yourselves judge ye not what is right?
Now Philip was of Bethsaida, the city of Andrew and Peter.
Philip findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him, We have found him, of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, did write, Yahshua of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.
The same came therefore to Philip, which was of Bethsaida of Galilee, and desired him, saying, Sir, we would see Yahshua.
Philip saith unto him, Master, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us.
Come, see a man, which told me all things that ever I did: is not this the Messiah?
When Yahshua then lifted up his eyes, and saw a great company come unto him, he saith unto Philip, Whence shall we buy bread, that these may eat?
Philip answered him, Two hundred pennyworth of bread is not sufficient for them, that every one of them may take a little.
They answered and said unto him, Art thou also of Galilee? Search, and look: for out of Galilee ariseth no prophet.
Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
