Isaiah 37:16

Word of Yahweh

O Yahweh of hosts, Elohim of Israel, that dwellest between the cherubim, thou art the Elohim, even thou alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth: thou hast made heaven and earth.

In the beginning Elohim created the heaven and the earth.

And let thy name be magnified for ever, saying, Yahweh of hosts is the Elohim over Israel: and let the house of thy servant David be established before thee.

And with the stones he built an altar in the name of Yahweh: and he made a trench about the altar, as great as would contain two measures of seed.

And the priests brought in the ark of the covenant of Yahweh unto his place, into the oracle of the house, to the most holy place, even under the wings of the cherubim.

A Psalm of Asaph. Give ear, O Shepherd of Israel, thou that leadest Joseph like a flock; thou that dwellest between the cherubim, shine forth.

For thou art great, and doest wondrous things: thou art Elohim alone.

Yahweh reigneth; let the people tremble: he sitteth between the cherubim; let the earth be moved.

And there I will meet with thee, and I will commune with thee from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubim which are upon the ark of the testimony, of all things which I will give thee in commandment unto the children of Israel.

And Hezekiah prayed unto Yahweh, saying,

Now therefore, O Yahweh our Elohim, save us from his hand, that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that thou art Yahweh, even thou only.

It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:

Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting Elohim, Yahweh, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding.

Thus saith El Yahweh, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; he that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein:

Thus saith Yahweh, thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I am Yahweh that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself;

Thus saith Yahweh the King of Israel, and his redeemer Yahweh of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no Elohim.

I have made the earth, and created man upon it: I, even my hands, have stretched out the heavens, and all their host have I commanded.

Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am El, and there is none else.

For thy Maker is thine husband; Yahweh of hosts is his name; and thy Redeemer the Holy One of Israel; The Elohim of the whole earth shall he be called.

And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is Yahweh of hosts: the whole earth is full of his abundance.

Sanctify Yahweh of hosts himself; and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread.

All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

For Yahweh your Elohim is Elohei of elohim, and Sovereign of rulers, a great Elohim, a mighty, and to be held in awe, which regardeth not persons, nor taketh reward:

For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:

Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

So the people sent to Shiloh, that they might bring from thence the ark of the covenant of Yahweh of hosts, which dwelleth between the cherubim: and the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of Elohim.
