And it shall come to pass, while my splendour passeth by, that I will put thee in a clift of the rock, and will cover thee with my hand while I pass by:
Yahweh is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my El, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.
As the apple tree among the trees of the wood, so is my beloved among the sons. I sat down under his shadow with great delight, and his fruit was sweet to my taste.
To go into the clefts of the rocks, and into the tops of the ragged rocks, for fear of Yahweh, and for the honor of his excellency, when he ariseth to shake terribly the earth.
