And the daughter of Pharaoh came down to wash herself at the river; and her maidens walked along by the river's side; and when she saw the ark among the flags, she sent her maid to fetch it.

The king's heart is in the hand of Yahweh, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will.

Now Yahweh had prepared a great fish to swallow up Jonah. And Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights.

And Yahweh spake unto the fish, and it vomited out Jonah upon the dry land.

And when he was cast out, Pharaoh's daughter took him up, and nourished him for her own son.
