Word of Yahweh

And it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the trumpet exceeding loud; so that all the people that was in the camp trembled.

He bowed the heavens also, and came down; and darkness was under his feet.

So that the priests could not stand to minister by reason of the cloud: for the honour of Yahweh had filled the house of Elohim.

Who hath divided a watercourse for the overflowing of waters, or a way for the lightning of thunder;

Our Elohim shall come, and shall not keep silence: a fire shall devour before him, and it shall be very tempestuous round about him.

And Moses brought forth the people out of the camp to meet with Elohim; and they stood at the nether part of the mount.

And Yahweh said unto Moses, Lo, I come unto thee in a thick cloud, that the people may hear when I speak with thee, and believe thee for ever. And Moses told the words of the people unto Yahweh.

And all the people saw the thunderings, and the lightnings, and the noise of the trumpet, and the mountain smoking: and when the people saw it, they removed, and stood afar off.

And the people stood afar off, and Moses drew near unto the thick darkness where Elohim was.

Then a cloud covered the tent of the congregation, and the splendour of Yahweh filled the tabernacle.

And Moses stretched forth his rod toward heaven: and Yahweh sent thunder and hail, and the fire ran along upon the ground; and Yahweh rained hail upon the land of Egypt.

Fear ye not me? saith Yahweh: will ye not tremble at my presence, which have placed the sand for the bound of the sea by a perpetual decree, that it cannot pass it: and though the waves thereof toss themselves, yet can they not prevail; though they roar, yet can they not pass over it?

Yahweh is slow to anger, and great in power, and will not at all acquit the wicked: Yahweh hath his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet.

And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

I stood between Yahweh and you at that time, to show you the word of Yahweh: for ye were afraid by reason of the fire, and went not up into the mount; saying,

And so formidable was the sight, that Moses said, I exceedingly fear and quake:

I was in the Spirit on the Master's day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet,

And the temple of Elohim was opened in heaven, and there was seen in the temple of the Sovereign the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.

After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will show thee things which must be hereafter.

And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of Elohim.

And the angel took the censer, and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth: and there were voices, and thunderings, and lightnings, and an earthquake.
