And took off their chariot wheels, so that they drove them heavily: so that the Egyptians said, Let us flee from the face of Israel; for Yahweh fighteth for them against the Egyptians.

And the fear of Elohim was on all the kingdoms of those countries, when they had heard that Yahweh fought against the enemies of Israel.

And I looked, and rose up, and said unto the nobles, and to the rulers, and to the rest of the people, Be not ye afraid of them: remember Yahweh, which is great and terrible, and fight for your brethren, your sons, and your daughters, your wives, and your houses.

And it came to pass, that when all our enemies heard thereof, and all the heathen that were about us saw these things, they were much cast down in their own eyes: for they perceived that this work was wrought of our Elohim.

And thou didst divide the sea before them, so that they went through the midst of the sea on the dry land; and their persecutors thou threwest into the deeps, as a stone into the mighty waters.

But the eyes of the wicked shall fail, and they shall not escape, and their hope shall be as the giving up of the breath.

He shall flee from the iron weapon, and the bow of steel shall strike him through.

For Elohim shall cast upon him, and not spare: he would fain flee out of his hand.

A Psalm of David. Plead my cause, O Yahweh, with them that strive with me: fight against them that fight against me.

He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire.

Kings of armies did flee apace: and she that tarried at home divided the spoil.

At thy rebuke, O Elohim of Jacob, both the chariot and horse are cast into a dead sleep.

Yahweh shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.

And the Egyptians shall know that I am Yahweh, when I have gained honor over Pharaoh, his chariots, and his horsemen.

And I will harden Pharaoh's heart, that he shall follow after them; and I will gain honor over Pharaoh, and over all his host; that the Egyptians may know that I am Yahweh. And they did so.

Yahweh is a man of war: Yahweh is his name.

For thus hath Yahweh spoken unto me, Like as the lion and the young lion roaring on his prey, when a multitude of shepherds is called forth against him, he will not be afraid of their voice, nor abase himself for the noise of them: so shall Yahweh of hosts come down to fight for mount Zion, and for the hill thereof.

And with thee will I break in pieces the horse and his rider; and with thee will I break in pieces the chariot and his rider;

But I will kindle a fire in the wall of Rabbah, and it shall devour the palaces thereof, with shouting in the day of battle, with a tempest in the day of the whirlwind:

As if a man did flee from a lion, and a bear met him; or went into the house, and leaned his hand on the wall, and a serpent bit him.

I saw Yahweh standing upon the altar: and he said, Smite the lintel of the door, that the posts may shake: and cut them in the head, all of them; and I will slay the last of them with the sword: he that fleeth of them shall not flee away, and he that escapeth of them shall not be delivered.

Yahweh your Elohim which goeth before you, he shall fight for you, according to all that he did for you in Egypt before your eyes;

Ye shall not fear them: for Yahweh your Elohim he shall fight for you.

For their rock is not as our Rock, even our enemies themselves being judges.

And there was no day like that before it or after it, that Yahweh hearkened unto the voice of a man: for Yahweh fought for Israel.

And Yahweh discomfited Sisera, and all his chariots, and all his host, with the edge of the sword before Barak; so that Sisera lighted down off his chariot, and fled away on his feet.
