Now therefore restore the man his wife; for he is a prophet, and he shall pray for thee, and thou shalt live: and if thou restore her not, know thou that thou shalt surely die, thou, and all that are thine.
And Moses and Aaron did all these wonders before Pharaoh: and Yahweh hardened Pharaoh's heart, so that he would not let the children of Israel go out of his land.
Speak now in the ears of the people, and let every man borrow of his neighbour, and every woman of her neighbour, jewels of silver, and jewels of gold.
In the fourteenth day of this month, between the evenings, ye shall keep it in his appointed season: according to all the rites of it, and according to all the ceremonies thereof, shall ye keep it.
And they kept the passover on the fourteenth day of the first month between the evenings in the wilderness of Sinai: according to all that Yahweh commanded Moses, so did the children of Israel.
After two days was the feast of the passover, and of unleavened bread: and the chief priests and the scribes sought how they might take him by craft, and put him to death.
And when he had apprehended him, he put him in prison, and delivered him to four quaternions of soldiers to keep him; intending after Passover to bring him forth to the people.
