This Ezra went up from Babylon; and he was a ready scribe in the law of Moses, which Yahweh Elah of Israel had given: and the king granted him all his request, according to the hand of Yahweh his Elah upon him.
And Moses said unto Yahweh, O Yahweh, I am not eloquent, neither before, nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant: but I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue.
Then said he unto them, Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old.
And he said unto them, What things? And they said unto him, Concerning Yahshua of Nazareth, which was a prophet mighty in deed and word before Elohim and all the people:
But bade them farewell, saying, I must by all means keep this feast that cometh in Jerusalem: but I will return again unto you, if Elohim will. And he sailed from Ephesus.
Then there arose certain of the synagogue, which is called the synagogue of the Libertines, and Cyrenians, and Alexandrians, and of them of Cilicia and of Asia, disputing with Stephen.
As touching our brother Apollos, I greatly desired him to come unto you with the brethren: but his will was not at all to come at this time; but he will come when he shall have convenient time.
And these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and to Apollos for your sakes; that ye might learn in us not to think of men above that which is written, that no one of you be puffed up for one against another.
Let the word of the Messiah dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to Elohim.
