And it came to pass in Iconium, that they went both together into the synagogue of the Jews, and so spoke, that a great multitude both of the Jews and also of the Greeks believed.
And on the sabbath we went out of the city by a river side, where prayer was wont to be made; and we sat down, and spoke unto the women which resorted thither.
These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.
But when the Jews of Thessalonica had knowledge that the word of Elohim was preached of Paul at Berea, they came thither also, and stirred up the people.
And there accompanied him into Asia Sopater of Berea; and of the Thessalonians, Aristarchus and Secundus; and Gaius of Derbe, and Timothy; and of Asia, Tychicus and Trophimus.
And entering into a ship of Adramyttium, we launched, meaning to sail by the coasts of Asia; one Aristarchus, a Macedonian of Thessalonica, being with us.
Paul, and Silas, and Timothy, unto the assembly of the Thessalonians which is in Yahweh the Father and in the Master Yahshua the Messiah: Grace be unto you, and peace, from Yahweh our Father, and the Master Yahshua the Messiah.
But even after that we had suffered before, and were shamefully entreated, as ye know, at Philippi, we were bold in our Elohim to speak unto you the good news of Elohim with much contention.
