But refuse profane and old wives' fables, and exercise thyself rather unto holiness.

And herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void of offence toward Elohim, and toward men.

Neither give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which minister questions, rather than Yahweh's edifying which is in faith: so do.

Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the wicked and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,

But which becometh women professing reverence of Yahweh with good works.

And without controversy great is the mystery of holiness: He who was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into majesty.

For bodily exercise profiteth little: but holiness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.

But thou, O man of Elohim, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, holiness, faith, love, patience, meekness.

O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called:

If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Master Yahshua the Messiah, and to the doctrine which is according to holiness;

Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is holiness: from such withdraw thyself.

But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more wickedness.

But foolish and unlearned questions avoid, knowing that they do gender strifes.

Yea, and all that will live piously in the Messiah Yahshua shall suffer persecution.

Having a form of holiness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth.

Teaching us that, denying unrighteousness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and reverently in this present world;

But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain.

But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
