Word of Yahweh

Nevertheless for David's sake did Yahweh his Elohim give him a lamp in Jerusalem, to set up his son after him, and to establish Jerusalem:

And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:

And it came to pass, when Elohim destroyed the cities of the plain, that Elohim remembered Abraham, and sent Lot out of the midst of the overthrow, when he overthrew the cities in the which Lot dwelt.

Because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws.

But Abishai the son of Zeruiah succoured him, and smote the Philistine, and killed him. Then the men of David sware unto him, saying, Thou shalt go no more out with us to battle, that thou quench not the light of Israel.

Notwithstanding in thy days I will not do it for David thy father's sake: but I will rend it out of the hand of thy son.

But he shall have one tribe for my servant David's sake, and for Jerusalem's sake, the city which I have chosen out of all the tribes of Israel:

And unto his son will I give one tribe, that David my servant may have a light alway before me in Jerusalem, the city which I have chosen me to put my name there.

Howbeit Yahweh would not destroy the house of David, because of the covenant that he had made with David, and as he promised to give a light to him and to his sons for ever.

There will I make the horn of David to bud: I have ordained a lamp for mine anointed.

For thou wilt light my candle: Yahweh my Elohim will enlighten my darkness.

And of Zion it shall be said, This and that man was born in her: and the highest himself shall establish her.

What shall one then answer the messengers of the nation? That Yahweh hath founded Zion, and the poor of his people shall trust in it.

For I will defend this city to save it for mine own sake, and for my servant David's sake.

And give him no rest, till he establish, and till he make Jerusalem a praise in the earth.

Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of Yahweh of hosts will perform this.

Thus saith Yahweh the maker thereof, Yahweh that formed it, to establish it; Yahweh is his name;

And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my assembly; and the gates of the grave shall not prevail against it.

A light to lighten the Gentiles, and the majesty of thy people Israel.

Then spoke Yahshua again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

As concerning the good news, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers' sakes.

And because he loved thy fathers, therefore he chose their seed after them, and brought thee out in his sight with his mighty power out of Egypt;

I Yahshua have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the assemblies. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.
