Should he argue in unprofitable talk, or in words with which he can do no good?

For your iniquity teaches your mouth, and you choose the tongue of the crafty.

Will he take delight in the Almighty? Will he call upon God at all times?

"As for me, I would seek God, and to God would I commit my cause,

"He who withholds[4] kindness from a friend forsakes the fear of the Almighty.

It is time for the LORD to act, for your law has been broken.

And he told them a parable to the effect that they ought always to pray and not lose heart.

Do we then overthrow the law by this faith? By no means! On the contrary, we uphold the law.

I do not nullify the grace of God, for if justification[3] were through the law, then Christ died for no purpose.
