Are the comforts of God too small for you, or the word that deals gently with you?
Then Zedekiah the son of Chenaanah came near and struck Micaiah on the cheek and said, "How did the Spirit of the LORD go from me to speak to you?"

This would be my comfort; I would even exult[3] in pain unsparing, for I have not denied the words of the Holy One.
