On the fourth day they assembled in the Valley of Beracah,[6] for there they blessed the LORD. Therefore the name of that place has been called the Valley of Beracah to this day.
and you shall say, 'Moreover, your servant Jacob is behind us.' " For he thought, "I may appease him[3] with the present that goes ahead of me, and afterward I shall see his face. Perhaps he will accept me."[4]
When Jehoshaphat and his people came to take their spoil, they found among them, in great numbers, goods, clothing, and precious things, which they took for themselves until they could carry no more. They were three days in taking the spoil, it was so much.
Then they returned, every man of Judah and Jerusalem, and Jehoshaphat at their head, returning to Jerusalem with joy, for the LORD had made them rejoice over their enemies.
And the poles were so long that the ends of the poles were seen from the Holy Place before the inner sanctuary, but they could not be seen from outside. And they are[1] there to this day.
You shall no more be termed Forsaken,[1] and your land shall no more be termed Desolate,[2] but you shall be called My Delight Is in Her,[3] and your land Married;[4] for the LORD delights in you, and your land shall be married.
