Every morning and evening they present burnt offerings and fragrant incense to the Lord. They set out the bread on the ceremonially clean table and light the lamps on the gold lampstand every evening. We are observing the requirements of the Lord our God. But you have forsaken him.

There was a wooden altar three cubits high and two cubits square; its corners, its base and its sides were of wood. The man said to me, “This is the table that is before the Lord.”

But everything should be done in a fitting and orderly way.

A tabernacle was set up. In its first room were the lampstand and the table with its consecrated bread; this was called the Holy Place.
