I will clothe her priests with salvation, and her faithful people will ever sing for joy.

For the Lord takes delight in his people; he crowns the humble with victory.

Splendor and majesty are before him; strength and glory are in his sanctuary.

Make tunics, sashes and caps for Aaron’s sons to give them dignity and honor.

This is always to be the perpetual share from the Israelites for Aaron and his sons. It is the contribution the Israelites are to make to the Lord from their fellowship offerings.

and also the woven garments, both the sacred garments for Aaron the priest and the garments for his sons when they serve as priests,

Then dress Aaron in the sacred garments, anoint him and consecrate him so he may serve me as priest.

In that day the Branch of the Lord will be beautiful and glorious, and the fruit of the land will be the pride and glory of the survivors in Israel.

Rather, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the flesh.

This righteousness is given through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference between Jew and Gentile,

for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ.

But we do see Jesus, who was made lower than the angels for a little while, now crowned with glory and honor because he suffered death, so that by the grace of God he might taste death for everyone.

Such a high priest truly meets our need—one who is holy, blameless, pure, set apart from sinners, exalted above the heavens.

He received honor and glory from God the Father when the voice came to him from the Majestic Glory, saying, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.”

Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when Christ appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is.

Fine linen, bright and clean, was given her to wear.” (Fine linen stands for the righteous acts of God’s holy people.)

You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to serve our God, and they will reign on the earth.”
