Yet when again he issues his command, it melts them; he raises his winds and the waters flow.

With his breath God brings the frost, and the broad waters congeal.

You, who swelter in your clothes when calm lies over the land from the south,

Sent forth his word to heal them, and snatched them from the grave.

He sends his command to earth; his word runs swiftly!

For he spoke, and it came to be, commanded, and it stood in place.

He stirred up the east wind in the skies; by his might God brought on the south wind.
