May my tongue sing of your promise, for all your commandments are righteous.

Thus, I follow all your precepts; every wrong way I hate.

With my lips I recite all the judgments you have spoken.

You have given your testimonies in righteousness and in surpassing faithfulness.

Your justice is forever right, your law true.

I will speak openly of your testimonies without fear even before kings.

All your commandments are steadfast. Help me! I am pursued without cause.

The mouth of the righteous utters wisdom; his tongue speaks what is right.

We do not keep them from our children; we recount them to the next generation, The praiseworthy deeds of the Lord and his strength, the wonders that he performed.

So then the law is holy, and the commandment is holy and righteous and good. Sin and Death.

We know that the law is spiritual; but I am carnal, sold into slavery to sin.

No foul language should come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for needed edification, that it may impart grace to those who hear.

Keep repeating them to your children. Recite them when you are at home and when you are away, when you lie down and when you get up.

Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you know how you should respond to each one. Tychicus and Onesimus.
