Hezekiah, however, did not respond with like generosity, for he had become arrogant. Therefore wrath descended upon him and upon Judah and Jerusalem.

Bless the Lord, my soul; and do not forget all his gifts,

With what shall I come before the Lord, and bow before God most high? Shall I come before him with burnt offerings, with calves a year old?

I urge you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God, your spiritual worship.

For you have been purchased at a price. Therefore glorify God in your body.
