Proverbs 6:22

When you lie down they will watch over you, when you wake, they will share your concerns; wherever you turn, they will guide you.

In my heart I treasure your promise, that I may not sin against you.

My eyes greet the night watches as I meditate on your promise.

Your testimonies are my delight; they are my counselors.

Your statutes become my songs wherever I make my home.

How can the young keep his way without fault? Only by observing your words.

How I love your law, Lord! I study it all day long.

as others often do. As your lips have instructed me, I have kept from the way of the lawless.

I lie down and I fall asleep, [and] I will wake up, for the Lord sustains me.

Send your light and your fidelity, that they may be my guide; Let them bring me to your holy mountain, to the place of your dwelling,

Discretion will watch over you, understanding will guard you;
