The quick-tempered make fools of themselves, and schemers are hated.

The malicious bow down before the good, and the wicked, at the gates of the just.

The wise will possess glory, but fools will bear shame.

Lord, my strength, my fortress, my refuge in the day of distress! To you nations will come from the ends of the earth, and say, “Our ancestors inherited mere frauds, empty, worthless.”
