We had all gone astray like sheep, all following our own way; But the Lord laid upon him the guilt of us all.

It shall be slaughtered on the north side of the altar before the Lord, and Aaron’s sons, the priests, shall splash its blood on all the sides of the altar.

and shall lay a hand on the head of the burnt offering, so that it may be acceptable to make atonement for the one who offers it.

Bringing the bull to the entrance of the tent of meeting, before the Lord, he shall lay his hand on its head and slaughter it before the Lord.

And a voice came from the heavens, saying, “This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.”

namely, God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting their trespasses against them and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation.

For our sake he made him to be sin who did not know sin, so that we might become the righteousness of God in him.

for through him we both have access in one Spirit to the Father.

in whom we have boldness of speech and confidence of access through faith in him.

He himself bore our sins in his body upon the cross, so that, free from sin, we might live for righteousness. By his wounds you have been healed.
