Whose ways are crooked, whose paths are devious;

A voice proclaims: In the wilderness prepare the way of the Lord! Make straight in the wasteland a highway for our God!

Let the wilderness and its cities cry out, the villages where Kedar dwells; Let the inhabitants of Sela exult, and shout from the top of the mountains.
