No leaven is to be found with you in all your territory for seven days, and none of the meat which you sacrificed on the evening of the first day shall be kept overnight for the next day.

You must not keep any of it beyond the morning; whatever is left over in the morning must be burned up.

For seven days you must eat unleavened bread. From the very first day you will have your houses clear of all leaven. For whoever eats leavened bread from the first day to the seventh will be cut off from Israel.

You will keep it until the fourteenth day of this month, and then, with the whole community of Israel assembled, it will be slaughtered during the evening twilight.

They will consume its meat that same night, eating it roasted with unleavened bread and bitter herbs.

Unleavened bread may be eaten during the seven days, but nothing leavened and no leaven may be found in your possession in all your territory.

You shall not offer the blood of my sacrifice with anything leavened; nor shall the fat of my feast be kept overnight till the next day.

You shall not offer me the blood of sacrifice with anything leavened, nor shall the sacrifice of the Passover feast be kept overnight for the next day.

He spoke to them another parable. “The kingdom of heaven is like yeast that a woman took and mixed with three measures of wheat flour until the whole batch was leavened.” The Use of Parables.

You may not sacrifice the Passover in any of the communities which the Lord, your God, gives you;
