When this was concluded, Paul made up his mind to travel through Macedonia and Achaia, and then to go on to Jerusalem, saying, “After I have been there, I must visit Rome also.”

I do not want you to be unaware, brothers, that I often planned to come to you, though I was prevented until now, that I might harvest some fruit among you, too, as among the rest of the Gentiles.

that is why I am eager to preach the gospel also to you in Rome. God’s Power for Salvation.

I shall come to you after I pass through Macedonia (for I am going to pass through Macedonia),

But I will come to you soon, if the Lord is willing, and I shall ascertain not the talk of these inflated people but their power.

so that we may preach the gospel even beyond you, not boasting of work already done in another’s sphere.

Then after fourteen years I again went up to Jerusalem with Barnabas, taking Titus along also.

so that you became a model for all the believers in Macedonia and in Achaia.
