Whenever Moses entered the presence of the Lord to speak with him, he removed the veil until he came out again. On coming out, he would tell the Israelites all that he had been commanded.

On this mountain he will destroy the veil that veils all peoples, The web that is woven over all nations.

On that day the deaf shall hear the words of a scroll; And out of gloom and darkness, the eyes of the blind shall see.

All your children shall be taught by the Lord; great shall be the peace of your children.

They will no longer teach their friends and relatives, “Know the Lord!” Everyone, from least to greatest, shall know me—oracle of the Lord—for I will forgive their iniquity and no longer remember their sin.

Let us search and examine our ways, and return to the Lord!

And they also, if they do not remain in unbelief, will be grafted in, for God is able to graft them in again.

To this day, in fact, whenever Moses is read, a veil lies over their hearts,

because you will obey the voice of the Lord, your God, keeping the commandments and statutes that are written in this book of the law, when you return to the Lord, your God, with your whole heart and your whole being.

In your distress, when all these things shall have come upon you, you shall finally return to the Lord, your God, and listen to his voice.
