I give thanks to my God always on your account for the grace of God bestowed on you in Christ Jesus,

He answered, “Not all can accept [this] word, but only those to whom that is granted.

The Father and I are one.”

If you ask anything of me in my name, I will do it. The Advocate.

And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Advocate to be with you always,

The Advocate, the holy Spirit that the Father will send in my name—he will teach you everything and remind you of all that [I] told you.

“When the Advocate comes whom I will send you from the Father, the Spirit of truth that proceeds from the Father, he will testify to me.

When he arrived and saw the grace of God, he rejoiced and encouraged them all to remain faithful to the Lord in firmness of heart,

They praised God when they heard it but said to him, “Brother, you see how many thousands of believers there are from among the Jews, and they are all zealous observers of the law.

First, I give thanks to my God through Jesus Christ for all of you, because your faith is heralded throughout the world.

But thanks be to God that, although you were once slaves of sin, you have become obedient from the heart to the pattern of teaching to which you were entrusted.

Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Thanksgiving.

Indeed, the grace of our Lord has been abundant, along with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus.
