The MightyOne,God,the LORD,has spoken,And summonedthe earthfrom the risingof the sunto its setting.
"Behold,thesewill comefrom afar;And lo,these[will come] from the northand from the west,And thesefrom the landof Sinim."
So they will fearthe nameof the LORDfrom the westAnd His gloryfrom the risingof the sun,For He will comelike a rushingstreamWhich the windof the LORDdrives.
"Behold,I am bringingthem from the northcountry,And I will gatherthem from the remotepartsof the earth,Among them the blindand the lame,The womanwith childand she who is in laborwith child, together;A greatcompany,they will returnhere.
"Thereforesay,'Thussaysthe LordGOD,"I will gatheryou from the peoplesand assembleyou out of the countriesamong whichyou have been scattered,and I will giveyou the landof Israel."'
