In the daytime(for there will be nonightthere)its gateswill neverbe closed;
"Moreover, I will makeyour battlementsof rubies,And your gatesof crystal,And your entirewallof preciousstones.
"May peacebe within your walls,And prosperitywithin your palaces."

The one who spokewith me hada goldmeasuring rodto measurethe city,and its gatesand its wall.
Blessedare thosewho washtheir robes,sothat they may have the rightto the treeof life,and may enterby the gatesinto the city.
Twelvelionswere standingthereon the sixstepson the onesideand on the other;nothinglike[it] was madefor any[other] kingdom.
