So thesedayswere to be rememberedand celebratedthroughout everygeneration,everyfamily,everyprovinceand everycity;and thesedaysof Purimwere not to failfrom amongthe Jews,or their memoryfadefrom their descendants.
Thiswill be writtenfor the generationto come,That a peopleyet to be createdmay praisethe LORD.
One generationshall praiseYour worksto another,And shall declareYour mightyacts.
They will comeand will declareHis righteousnessTo a peoplewho will be born,that He has performed[it].
Considerher ramparts;Gothroughher palaces,That you may tell[it] to the nextgeneration.
And evenwhen[I am] oldand gray,O God,do not forsakeme, UntilI declareYour strengthto [this] generation,Your powerto allwho are to come.
Let Your workappearto Your servantsAnd Your majestyto their children.
and that you may tellin the hearingof your son,and of your grandson,howI madea mockeryof the Egyptiansand howI performedMy signsamong them, that you may knowthat I am the LORD."
Tellyour sonsabout it, And [let] your sons[tell] their sons,And their sonsthe nextgeneration.
