At the commandof the LORDthe sonsof Israelwould setout, and at the commandof the LORDthey would camp;as longas the cloudsettledoverthe tabernacle,they remainedcamped.
Then allthe congregationof the sonsof Israeljourneyedby stagesfrom the wildernessof Sin,accordingto the commandof the LORD,and campedat Rephidim,and therewas nowaterfor the peopleto drink.
So they movedout for the firsttimeaccordingto the commandmentof the LORDthroughMoses.
Soit was continuously;the cloudwould coverit [by day], and the appearanceof fireby night.
Even when the cloudlingeredoverthe tabernaclefor manydays,the sonsof Israelwould keepthe LORD'Schargeand not setout.
If sometimesthe cloudremaineda fewdaysoverthe tabernacle,accordingto the commandof the LORDthey remainedcamped.Then accordingto the commandof the LORDthey setout.
For I do not wantyou to be unaware,brethren,that our fatherswere allunderthe cloudand allpassed throughthe sea;
And thisis love,that we walkaccordingto His commandments.Thisis the commandment,justas you have heardfrom the beginning,that you should walkin it.
