So Mosesgaveto them, to the sonsof Gadand to the sonsof Reubenand to the half-tribeof Joseph'ssonManasseh,the kingdomof Sihon,kingof the Amoritesand the kingdomof Og,the kingof Bashan,the landwith its citieswith [their] territories,the citiesof the surroundingland.
"For the tribeof the sonsof Reubenhave received[theirs] according to their fathers'households,and the tribeof the sonsof Gadaccording to their fathers'households,and the half-tribeof Manassehhave receivedtheir possession.
Then the LORDspoketo Moses,saying,
drivingout from beforeyou nationsgreaterand mightierthanyou, to bringyou in [and] to giveyou their landfor an inheritance,as it is today.
