"Allthe offeringsof the holy[gifts], whichthe sonsof Israelofferto the LORD,I have givento you and your sonsand your daughterswith you, as a perpetualallotment.It is an everlastingcovenantof saltbeforethe LORDto you and your descendantswith you."
Then the LORDspoketo Aaron,"Now behold,I Myselfhave givenyou chargeof My offerings,even allthe holygifts of the sonsof IsraelI have giventhem to you as a portionand to your sonsas a perpetualallotment.
and the humanbeingswere 16,000,from whom the LORD'Slevywas 32persons.
As for the sonsof Israel'shalf,whichMosesseparatedfrom the menwho had goneto war--
So everyman'sholy[gifts] shall be his; whateveranymangivesto the priest,it becomeshis.'"
Also everycontributionpertaining to allthe holy[gifts] of the sonsof Israel,whichthey offerto the priest,shall be his.

The one who is taughtthe wordis to shareallgood thingswith the one who teaches[him].
The elderswho rulewellare to be considered worthyof doublehonor,especiallythosewho work hardat preachingand teaching.
