Then Balaksaidto Balaam,"Did I not urgentlysendto you to callyou? Whydid you not cometo me? Am I reallyunableto honoryou?"
For not from the east,norfrom the west,Norfrom the desert[comes] exaltation;

So Balaamsaidto Balak,"Behold,I have comenowto you! Am I ableto speakanythingat all? The wordthat Godputsin my mouth,that I shall speak."
"Therefore, fleeto your placenow.I saidI would honoryou greatly,but behold,the LORDhas heldyou backfrom honor."
And the devilsaidto Him, "I will giveYou allthisdomainand its glory;for it has been handed overto me, and I giveit to whomeverI wish.
