[even] allthat the LORDhas commandedyou throughMoses,from the daywhenthe LORDgavecommandmentand onwardthroughout your generations,
But whenyou unwittinglyfailand do not observeallthesecommandments,whichthe LORDhas spokento Moses,
then it shall be, ifit is doneunintentionally,withoutthe knowledgeof the congregation,that allthe congregationshall offeronebullfor a burntoffering,as a soothingaromato the LORD,with its grain offeringand its drinkoffering,according to the ordinance,and onemalegoatfor a sinoffering.
