"And whyare you worriedaboutclothing?Observehowthe liliesof the fieldgrow;they do not toilnordo they spin,
"For thisreasonI sayto you, do not be worriedaboutyour life,[as to] whatyou will eatorwhatyou will drink;norfor your body,[as to] whatyou will puton. Is not lifemorethan food,and the bodymorethan clothing?
Be anxiousfor nothing,but in everythingby prayerand supplicationwith thanksgivinglet your requestsbe made knownto God.
"Considerthe lilies,howthey grow:they neithertoilnorspin;but I tellyou, not evenSolomonin allhis gloryclothedhimself likeoneof these.
"Do not worrythen,saying,'Whatwill we eat?'or'Whatwill we drink?'or'Whatwill we wear for clothing?'
And he would answerand sayto them, "The man who hastwotunicsis to sharewith him who hasnone;and he who hasfoodis to dolikewise."
ora bagfor [your] journey,oreventwocoats,orsandals,ora staff;for the workeris worthyof his support.
I will be like the dewto Israel;He will blossomlike the lily,And he will takerootlike [the cedars of] Lebanon.
"And whoof you by being worriedcanadda [single] hourto his life?
But the Lordansweredand saidto her, "Martha,Martha,you are worriedand botheredaboutso many things;
"Whenthey bringyou beforethe synagoguesand the rulersand the authorities,do not worryabout howorwhatyou are to speak in your defense,orwhatyou are to say;
And He saidto His disciples,"For thisreasonI sayto you, do not worryabout[your] life,[as to] whatyou will eat;norfor your body,[as to] whatyou will puton.
