Let thisbe the rewardof my accusersfrom the LORD,And of those who speakevilagainstmy soul.
Wisdomis in the presenceof the one who hasunderstanding,But the eyesof a foolare on the endsof the earth.
For the heavydrinkerand the gluttonwill cometo poverty,And drowsinesswill clothe[one] with rags.
"For ifyou lovethosewho loveyou, whatrewarddoyou have?Do not eventhe tax collectorsdothe same?
It happenedthat whenHe wentinto the houseof oneof the leadersof the Phariseeson [the] Sabbathto eatbread,they were watching Him closely.
When they sawit, they all[began] to grumble,saying,"He has goneto be the guestof a manwho is a sinner."
When allthe peopleand the tax collectorsheard[this], they acknowledgedGod'sjustice,having been baptizedwith the baptismof John.
and bothJesusand His discipleswere invitedto the wedding.
Eachof us is to pleasehis neighborfor his good,to his edification.
saying,"Amen,blessingand gloryand wisdomand thanksgivingand honorand powerand might,[be] to our Godforeverand ever.Amen."
