An unjustmanis abominableto the righteous,And he whois uprightin the wayis abominableto the wicked.
"He who has foundhis lifewill loseit, and he who has losthis lifefor My sakewill findit.
"But the one who enduresto the end,he will be saved.
"Thenthey will deliveryou to tribulation,and will killyou, and you will be hatedby allnationsbecauseof My name.
"Blessedare you when[people] insultyou and persecuteyou, and falselysayall kindsof evilagainstyou becauseof Me.
"You will be hatedby allbecauseof My name,but the one who enduresto the end,he will be saved.
and you will be hatedby allbecauseof My name.
"By your enduranceyou will gainyour lives.
"Blessedare you whenmenhateyou, and ostracizeyou, and insultyou, and scornyour nameas evil,for the sakeof the Sonof Man.
"But the [seed] in the goodsoil,theseare the ones whohave heardthe wordin an honestand goodheart,and hold it fast,and bear fruitwith perseverance.
"I have giventhem Your word;and the worldhas hatedthem, becausethey are not of the world,evenas I amnot of the world.
"The worldcannothateyou, but it hatesMe becauseI testifyof it, that its deedsare evil.
for I will showhim how muchhe mustsufferfor My name'ssake."
to thosewho by perseverancein doinggoodseekfor gloryand honorand immortality,eternallife;
For we who liveare constantlybeing delivered overto deathfor Jesus'sake,sothat the lifeof Jesusalsomay be manifestedin our mortalflesh.
Let us not lose heartin doinggood,for in duetimewe will reapif we do not grow weary.
For we have becomepartakersof Christ,ifwe hold fastthe beginningof our assurancefirmuntilthe end,
And we desirethat each oneof you showthe samediligencesoas to realize the full assuranceof hopeuntilthe end,
Blessedis a manwhoperseveresunder trial;for once he has beenapproved,he will receivethe crownof lifewhich[the Lord] has promisedto thosewho loveHim.
Do not be surprised,brethren,ifthe worldhatesyou.
Do not fearwhatyou are aboutto suffer.Behold,the devilis aboutto castsome of you into prison,sothat you will be tested,and you will havetribulationfor tendays.Be faithfuluntildeath,and I will giveyou the crownof life.
