And He was sayingto her, "Letthe childrenbe satisfiedfirst,for it is not goodto takethe children'sbreadand throwit to the dogs."
ThesetwelveJesussentout after instructingthem: "Do not goin [the] wayof [the] Gentiles,and do not enter[any] cityof the Samaritans;
"Do not givewhatis holyto dogs,and do not throwyour pearlsbeforeswine,orthey will trample them undertheir feet,and turnand tear you to pieces.
Nowthe womanwas a Gentile,of the Syrophoenicianrace.And she kept askingHim to castthe demonout of her daughter.
But she answeredand saidto Him, "Yes,Lord,[but] eventhe dogsunderthe tablefeedon the children'scrumbs."
"And He saidto me, 'Go!For I will sendyou farawayto the Gentiles.'"
For I saythat Christhas becomea servantto the circumcisionon behalfof the truthof Godto confirmthe promises[given] to the fathers,
[remember] that you were at that timeseparatefrom Christ,excludedfrom the commonwealthof Israel,and strangersto the covenantsof promise,havingnohopeand without Godin the world.
