"You searchthe Scripturesbecauseyou thinkthat in them you haveeternallife;it is thesethat testifyaboutMe;
And a lawyerstoodup and put Him to the test,saying,"Teacher,whatshall I doto inheriteternallife?"
[Some] Phariseescameup to Jesus, testingHim, and [began] to questionHim whetherit was lawfulfor a manto divorcea wife.
They said,"Mosespermitted[a man] TO WRITEA CERTIFICATEOF DIVORCEAND SEND [her] AWAY."
