And when He had taken[some] bread[and] given thanks,He brokeit and gaveit to them, saying,"Thisis My bodywhich is givenfor you; dothisin remembranceof Me."
He has madeHis wondersto be remembered;The LORDis graciousand compassionate.
"Drawme afteryou [and] let us run[together]! The kinghas broughtme into his chambers.""We will rejoicein you and be glad;We will extolyour lovemorethanwine.Rightlydo they loveyou."
Then He saidto me, "Sonof man,thesebonesare the wholehouseof Israel;behold,they say,Our bonesare driedup and our hopehas perished.We are completely cutoff.'
"Thussaysthe LordGOD,'Thisis Jerusalem;I have sether at the centerof the nations,with landsaroundher.
and whereverthe sonsof mendwell,[or] the beastsof the field,or the birdsof the sky,He has given[them] into your handand has caused you to ruleover them all.You are the headof gold.
Orderingthe peopleto sit downon the grass,He tookthe fiveloavesand the twofish,and lookingup towardheaven,He blessed[the food], and breakingthe loavesHe gavethem to the disciples,and the disciples[gave them] to the crowds,
and He tookthe sevenloavesand the fish;and giving thanks,He brokethem and started givingthem to the disciples,and the disciples[gave them] to the people.
And when He had takena cup[and] given thanks,He said,"Takethisand shareit amongyourselves;
And in the same way[He took] the cupafterthey had eaten,saying,"Thiscupwhich is pouredout for you is the newcovenantin My blood.
WhenHe had reclined[at the table] with them, He tookthe breadand blessed[it], and breaking[it], He [began] giving[it] to them.
There cameothersmall boatsfrom Tiberiasnearto the placewherethey atethe breadafter the Lordhad given thanks.
"I amthe livingbreadthat came downout of heaven;ifanyoneeatsof thisbread,he will liveforever;and the breadalsowhichI will givefor the lifeof the worldis My flesh."
Is not the cupof blessingwhichwe blessa sharingin the bloodof Christ?Is not the breadwhichwe breaka sharingin the bodyof Christ?
and alldrankthe samespiritualdrink,for they were drinkingfrom a spiritualrockwhich followedthem; and the rockwas Christ.
who gaveHimselffor our sinssothat He might rescueus from thispresentevilage,accordingto the willof our Godand Father,
NowthisHagaris MountSinaiin Arabiaand correspondsto the presentJerusalem,for she is in slaverywith her children.
and walkin love,justas Christalsolovedyou and gaveHimselfup for us, an offeringand a sacrificeto Godas a fragrantaroma.
in everythinggive thanks;for thisis God'swillfor you in ChristJesus.
whogaveHimselffor us to redeemus from everylawless deed,and to purifyfor Himselfa peoplefor His ownpossession,zealousfor gooddeeds.
and He Himselfboreour sinsin His bodyon the cross,sothat we might dieto sinand liveto righteousness;for by His woundsyou were healed.
