The firstaccountI composed,Theophilus,aboutallthat Jesusbeganto doand teach,
But Paulsaid,"I am not out of my mind,most excellentFestus,but I utterwordsof sobertruth.
we acknowledge[this] in every wayand everywhere,most excellentFelix,with allthankfulness.
"ClaudiusLysias,to the most excellentgovernorFelix,greetings.
But Peterbegan[speaking] and [proceeded] to explainto them in orderly sequence,saying,
"Thereforeit is my judgmentthat we do not troublethosewho are turningto Godfrom amongthe Gentiles,
But concerningApollosour brother,I encouragedhim greatlyto cometo you with the brethren;and it was not at all[his] desireto comenow,but he will comewhenhe has opportunity.
But in my opinionshe is happierifshe remainsas she is; and I thinkthat I alsohavethe Spiritof God.

Many,O LORDmy God,are the wonderswhich You have done,And Your thoughtstowardus; Thereis noneto comparewith You. If I would declareand speakof them, They would be toonumerousto count.
To make you knowthe certaintyof the wordsof truthThat you may correctlyanswerhim who sentyou?
And having spentsometime[there], he leftand passedsuccessivelythroughthe Galatianregionand Phrygia,strengtheningallthe disciples.
In pointingout these thingsto the brethren,you will be a goodservantof ChristJesus,[constantly] nourishedon the wordsof the faithand of the sounddoctrinewhichyou have been following.
