You shall livein boothsfor sevendays;allthe native-bornin Israelshall livein booths,
Jacobjourneyedto Succoth,and builtfor himself a houseand madeboothsfor his livestock;thereforethe placeis namedSuccoth.
"We have only dweltin tents,and have obeyedand have doneaccording to allthat Jonadabour fathercommandedus.
I have also spokento the prophets,And I gavenumerousvisions,And throughthe prophetsI gaveparables.
But I [have been] the LORDyour Godsincethe landof Egypt;I will make you livein tentsagain,As in the daysof the appointedfestival.

And Balaamliftedup his eyesand sawIsraelcampingtribeby tribe;and the Spiritof Godcameupon him.
Howfairare your tents,O Jacob,Your dwellings,O Israel!
For we knowthat ifthe earthlytentwhich is our houseis torn down,we havea buildingfrom God,a housenot made with hands,eternalin the heavens.
