Then he shall tearit by its wings,[but] shall not sever[it]. And the priestshall offerit up in smokeon the altaron the woodwhichis on the fire;it is a burntoffering,an offeringby fireof a soothingaromato the LORD.
Then he broughtalltheseto Him and cutthem in two,and laideachhalfoppositethe other;but he did not cutthe birds.
The LORDsmelledthe soothingaroma;and the LORDsaidto Himself,"I will neveragaincursethe groundon accountof man,for the intentof man'sheartis evilfrom his youth;and I will neveragaindestroyeverylivingthing,as I have done.
For You will not abandonmy soulto Sheol;Norwill You allowYour HolyOneto undergodecay.
The entrails,however, and the legshe shall washwith water.And the priestshall offerallof it, and offerit up in smokeon the altar;it is a burntoffering,an offeringby fireof a soothingaromato the LORD.
He shall then bringit to Aaron'ssonsthe priests;and shall takefrom it his handfulof its fineflourand of its oilwith allof its frankincense.And the priestshall offer[it] up in smoke[as] its memorialportionon the altar,an offeringby fireof a soothingaromato the LORD.
Then Aaron'ssonsshall offer[it] up in smokeon the altaron the burntoffering,whichis on the woodthat is on the fire;it is an offeringby fireof a soothingaromato the LORD.
He shall bringthem to the priest,who shall offerfirstthat whichis for the sinofferingand shall nipits headat the frontof its neck,but he shall not sever[it].
Now thisis the lawof the grain offering:the sonsof Aaronshall presentit beforethe LORDin frontof the altar.
After he had washedthe entrailsand the legswith water,Mosesofferedup the wholeramin smokeon the altar.It was a burntofferingfor a soothingaroma;it was an offeringby fireto the LORD,justas the LORDhad commandedMoses.
They handedthe burntofferingto him in pieces,with the head,and he offered[them] up in smokeon the altar.
then makean offeringby fireto the LORD,a burntofferingora sacrificeto fulfilla specialvow,oras a freewillofferingorin your appointedtimes,to makea soothingaromato the LORD,from the herdorfrom the flock.
The otherlambyou shall offerat twilight;as the grain offeringof the morningand as its drinkoffering,you shall offerit, an offeringby fire,a soothingaromato the LORD.
And Jesuscriedout againwith a loudvoice,and yieldedup His spirit.
ThereforewhenJesushad receivedthe sour wine,He said,"It is finished!"And He bowedHis headand gaveup His spirit.
[He] whowas deliveredover becauseof our transgressions,and was raisedbecauseof our justification.
For Christalsodiedfor sinsonce for all,[the] justfor [the] unjust,sothat He might bringus to God,having been put to deathin the flesh,but made alivein the spirit;
