The sevenpriestscarryingthe seventrumpetsof rams'hornsbeforethe arkof the LORDwenton continually,and blewthe trumpets;and the armedmen wentbeforethem and the rearguardcameafterthe arkof the LORD,while they continuedto blowthe trumpets.
Because Godwas helpingthe Leviteswho were carryingthe arkof the covenantof the LORD,they sacrificedsevenbullsand sevenrams.
Then the standardof the campof the sonsof Dan,according to their armies,[which formed] the rearguardfor allthe camps,setout, with Ahiezerthe sonof Ammishaddaioverits army,
"But the one who enduresto the end,he will be saved.
Let us not lose heartin doinggood,for in duetimewe will reapif we do not grow weary.
Now Joshuaroseearlyin the morning,and the prieststookup the arkof the LORD.
Thus the seconddaythey marchedaroundthe cityonceand returnedto the camp;they didsofor sixdays.

The armedmen wentbeforethe priestswho blewthe trumpets,and the rearguardcameafterthe ark,while they continuedto blowthe trumpets.
