The restof Israel,of the priests[and] of the Levites,[were] in allthe citiesof Judah,eachon his own inheritance.
"Thus noinheritanceof the sonsof Israelshall be transferredfrom tribeto tribe,for the sonsof Israelshall eachholdto the inheritanceof the tribeof his fathers.
"Thus noinheritanceshall be transferredfrom one tribeto anothertribe,for the tribesof the sonsof Israelshall eachholdto his own inheritance."
So Joshuablessedthem and sentthem away,and they wentto their tents.
Joshuasaidto allthe people,"Behold,thisstoneshall be for a witnessagainst us, for it has heardallthe wordsof the LORDwhichHe spoketo us; thus it shall be for a witnessagainst you, sothat you do not denyyour God."
It cameabout afterthesethingsthat Joshuathe sonof Nun,the servantof the LORD,died,being one hundredand tenyearsold.
When Joshuahad dismissedthe people,the sonsof Israelwenteachto his inheritanceto possessthe land.
