Joshuasaid,"Rolllargestonesagainstthe mouthof the cave,and assignmenby it to guardthem,
that allthe peoplereturnedto the campto Joshuaat Makkedahin peace.Noone uttereda wordagainst any of the sonsof Israel.
They didso,and broughtthesefivekingsout to him from the cave:the kingof Jerusalem,the kingof Hebron,the kingof Jarmuth,the kingof Lachish,[and] the kingof Eglon.
But they tookalivethe kingof Aiand broughthim to Joshua.
Then Samuelsaid,"Bringme Agag,the kingof the Amalekites."And Agagcameto him cheerfully.And Agagsaid,"Surelythe bitternessof deathis past."
