Jesusanswered,"[It was] neither[that] this mansinned,norhis parents;but [it was] sothat the worksof Godmight be displayedin him.
"Behold,I knowyour thoughts,And the plansby which you would wrongme.
And his angerburnedagainst his threefriendsbecausethey had foundnoanswer,and yet had condemnedJob.
It cameabout afterthe LORDhad spokenthesewordsto Job,that the LORDsaidto Eliphazthe Temanite,"My wrathis kindledagainst you and against your twofriends,becauseyou have not spokenof Me what is rightas My servantJobhas.
[the] BLINDRECEIVE SIGHTand [the] lamewalk,[the] lepersare cleansedand [the] deafhear,[the] deadare raisedup, and [the] POORHAVE THE GOSPEL PREACHEDTO THEM.
But when Jesusheard[this], He said,"Thissicknessis not to endin death,but for the gloryof God,sothat the Sonof Godmay be glorifiedby it."
Jesussaid to her, "Did I not sayto you that ifyou believe,you will seethe gloryof God?"
Whenthe nativessawthe creaturehangingfrom his hand,they [began] sayingto one another,"Undoubtedlythismanis a murderer,and though he has been savedfrom the sea,justicehas not allowedhim to live."
When they had threatened them further,they let them go(findingno basison which to punishthem) on accountof the people,becausethey were allglorifyingGodfor what had happened;
We have come to knowand have believedthe lovewhichGodhasfor us. Godis love,and the one who abidesin loveabidesin God,and Godabidesin him.
By thisthe loveof Godwas manifestedin us, that Godhas sentHis only begottenSoninto the worldsothat we might livethroughHim.
