The Jewsthendid not believe[it] of him, that he had beenblindand had receivedsight,untilthey calledthe parentsof the veryonewho had received his sight,
His parentsansweredthem and said,"We knowthat thisis our son,and that he was bornblind;
and they were taking noteof him as beingthe one who used to sitat the BeautifulGateof the templeto [beg] alms,and they were filledwith wonderand amazementat what had happenedto him.
And seeingthe manwho had been healedstandingwith them, they hadnothingto say in reply.
