SoJesusansweredthem and said,"My teachingis not Mine,but His who sentMe.
"Do you not believethat I am in the Father,and the Fatheris in Me? The wordsthat I sayto you I do not speakon My own initiative,but the Fatherabidingin Me doesHis works.
"He who does not loveMe does not keepMy words;and the wordwhichyou hearis not Mine,but the Father'swho sentMe.
"I have giventhem Your word;and the worldhas hatedthem, becausethey are not of the world,evenas I amnot of the world.
for the wordswhichYou gaveMe I have givento them; and they received[them] and trulyunderstoodthat I came forthfrom You, and they believedthat You sentMe.
"Truly,truly,I sayto you, we speakof whatwe knowand testifyof whatwe have seen,and you do not acceptour testimony.
"He who comesfrom aboveis aboveall,he who is of the earthis from the earthand speaksof the earth.He who comesfrom heavenis aboveall.
"I candonothingon My own initiative.As I hear,I judge;and My judgmentis just,becauseI do not seekMy ownwill,but the willof Him who sentMe.
"No onecancometo Me unlessthe Fatherwho sentMe drawshim; and I will raisehim up on the lastday.
SoJesussaid,"Whenyou liftup the Sonof Man,thenyou will knowthat I am[He], and I donothingon My own initiative,but I speakthese thingsas the FathertaughtMe.
Anyonewho goes too farand does not abidein the teachingof Christ,does not haveGod;the one who abidesin the teaching,he hasboththe Fatherand the Son.
